HOUSE RULES IVY OFFICE.

Booked hours – The hours you have booked in advance are the hours for which you pay. In case you choose to not fulfil your booking, there is no refund possible. If you wish to prolong your working hours, feel free to ask our staff for the possibilities. 

Changing seats - During your stay, you choose a seat in advance, or it will be assigned to you. Want to move? Ask our staff about the possibilities.

Cancellation of booking – You are allowed to cancel or change the booking of your single seat in the communal area 24 hours in advance free of charge. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your booking will be fully charged. 

Content – You are not allowed to use or shoot (professional) content of IVY OFFICE Hilversum B.V.  without our permission. 

Calls – We all appreciate some privacy when working. So, if you have to make a phone call, please make use of our sound-proof phone booth, book one of our meeting rooms, or make it quick and quiet.

Chatter - We like to keep the space a quiet place. Be calm, talk quietly. Make sure you don’t bother others. Or ask our hostess whether you can be allocated another spot that fits in with the setting at that time.

Board -and meeting rooms – If you are making use of our meeting rooms, please stick to our policy of maximum guests per room. If you would like to make an exemption, contact our colleagues, and we can see what’s possible with an additional charge per person. Bookings for meeting rooms are required to be made 48 hours prior to the booking. Any bookings within 48 hours can be made in consultation with one of our colleagues. 

Coffee table – Our coffee table is an offline area, where we are stimulating you to take a break from work, meet other people, read the newspaper, or simply enjoy a coffee. So, no laptops or other devices in this corner. You can find the coffee table between our counter and entrance.

Services – At Ivy office, the use of lightning fast internet and the printer is a service that includes our hourly rate.IVY OFFICE provides free lighting fast internet and a professional printer suited for your necessary A4 prints (within manageable proportions). 

Our property – We are very proud of everything within IVY OFFICE. Our inventory is chosen with care, and we expect you to treat our belongings with respect. If you are choosing not to, we are allowed to charge you for any damage to our inventory caused by you.

Food and Beverages – It is prohibited to consume your own food and beverages within IVY OFFICE. We will be providing a variety of drinks and small bites at our coffee bar. Water will be free of charge, because we know it is important to stay hydrated during work! 

Video surveillance – To assure your safety as well as ours, we have video surveillance. For any further information, please read our terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy. 

Furniture – It is not allowed to move furniture around. If you feel the need to change our set-up, please ask our team for permission.   

Neighbours - We treat our neighbours with respect. Please be considerate of our neighbours. Do not place your bicycle against their fence or property. Do not enter the alley, this is private property.

Last but not least, we expect everyone to be responsible for their own mess, so please leave your workplace clean once you go home.
