Changing environment.
The concept will change on Dec 1.
We have been open for over a year now. We were able to get to know our concept and Hilversum ourselves. We learned a lot, what fits and what doesn't & what works and what doesn't. We re-researched, collected feedback and interviewed regular customers. This, combined with what we have experienced ourselves last year and what needs to be done to remain open, leads to a number of changes that we will implement as of 1 Dec. 2022.
Ivy Office now has a nice (regular) customer base. We would like to serve this at a higher level. In addition, we want to focus less on the individual, and more on a business and regular faces. With this, we hope to achieve less small walk-in, and more stability.

Possibilities from December 1st
Buy a day ticket for €32 incl. VAT. This gives you access during the day from 8.30 - 17.30
Still want to be flexible? Buy a 10-ride ticket. This includes 10 hours that you can book freely as you are used to from us. €60,- incl. VAT.
Light membership
€160,- and gives you access 8 days a month. You also get 2 hours of free access per month to 1 of the meeting rooms.
Membership business
€260,- always access within our opening hours, 3 hours access per week to the meeting rooms.
Membership business GOLD
€360,- always access within our opening hours, 6 hours access per week to the meeting rooms and including drinks!
With a club membership you automatically belong to the community.
Meeting rooms remain the same and can still be booked per hour per person. The option that we have added to this is that you can book the boardroom for a whole day for a more attractive rate.
Do you still want to work flexibly in the workspace? Then you can purchase a 10-ride card (10 hours), a day pass or a membership.

Community & club members
From January 2023 you can log in to the website as a Club member. Here you can easily contact other club members. Club members are offered exclusive invitations to events and discounts.
